Aliyev condemns the reaction of the international community on the yet to be held elections in Yerevan  

On the eve of the Yerevan City Council elections, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev tweeted about the elections in Yerevan.

“International observers’ positive response to the recent elections in Armenia should be investigated.”- wrote Aliyev at the time when the elections had not started yet and the observers had not yet expressed any opinions on the elections.

It is noteworthy that Aliyev cited a number of international observers and their responses, whereas there was only one observation mission presented in Yerevan City Council elections and that mission has not made any statement yet.

The tweet of the president of Azerbaijan has become a topic of discussion on the Internet. Some users recalled 2013 when the Central Electoral Commission of Azerbaijan published the results of the elections in Azerbaijan on the eve of elections.
