Earlier one of the Il-96-300 aircrafts serving Russian State officials departed from Zvartnots airport in Yerevan.
The special subdivision named “Russia” by the decree of the RF President provides personal service for 10 high-ranking officials: the President, the Prime Minister, the Chairman of the Federal Council, the Speaker of the State Duma, the President of the Supreme Court, the President of the Constitutional Court, the Prosecutor General, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee, the Head of the Presidential Staff and the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
It should be noted that none of the above-mentioned officials has arrived in Yerevan today, at least, there has been no official information about it. The plane that departed from Zvartnots airports is of RA-96018 series. This airplane was launched in 2007 and is intended to serve members of the RF government or the staff of the RF Presidential Administration.
According to flightradar24.com, this plane landed in Sochi from Moscow and returned to Moscow yesterday. Following the media, we see that among high-ranking Russian officials only the Secretary of the Security Council Nikolay Patrushev visited Sochi, who met with the Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Ali Shahmani.
The information about which Russian officials in particular have visited Yerevan today, and who is currently flying to Moscow by the RF government aircraft will become known in the near future.
